She was predeceased by: her parents, Warder Poland and Louise Poland (Virts); her husband Bill Wertz; her daughter Teresa Wertz; and her siblings, Jerry Poland and Ruth Swick.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stephen Wertz and Jennifer Little (Josh); her great grandchildren, Harlee and Kelson; her brother Bob Poland (Patti); her sister-in-law Sharon Poland; and her son-in-law Bill West. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorial contributions be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
