He is survived by: his father Robert Rowe; his wife Carisa Rowe; his sisters, Roxanne Jones (Jeff) and Cynthia Swinehart (Leroy); his daughter Jennifer; his parents-in-law, Betty and John Hurst; and his stepchildren, Shawn (Lyons), Noah (Jordyn), Jailyn and Dylan (Keeton).
