He is survived by: his wife Crystal Dawn Johnson (Whitt); his mother Janis Edwards (Karnes); his children, Marc, Chris, Tiffany and Holly Johnson (Daniel Retherford); his grandchildren, Kassidy Paige, Maddison Raelynn, Hope Flower Johnson and Jordan Howard Retherford; his siblings, Dawn Stapleton, Lisa Keefe, Tim and Brian Johnson; his stepmother Phyllis Johnson; and his close friends, Dockery Fugate, Eric Coleman, Rich Green, Isaac Powers, Steve Coey, David and Kenny Minniear. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
