He is survived by: his wife Shelia Mullikin (McDade); his children, Rhonda Dennis of South Salem, Dawn Jacobs (Mark Morgan) of Chillicothe, Leslie Closson (Randy) of Greenfield, Amy Mullikin of Greenfield, Rachael Gifford (Dirk) of Kalispell, Sarah Goddard (Mark Payne) of Hillsboro, Alissa Haggerty (Jesse Province) of Greenfield and Thomas Mullikin (Patty) of Cleveland; and his sister Jean Ann Smith of Greenfield. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren.
