He is survived by: his mother Roberta Ethna Truman (Sparks) of South Salem; his children, Hayden Lee Smith of Hillsboro, Avery Michael Truman of Greenfield and Adriane Nicole Truman of Greenfield; the mother of his children Brooke Truman of Greenfield; his sister Jennifer Rae Williams (Joseph) of South Point; his uncles, David Sparks (Eldeana Phillips) of Greenfield and Garry Sparks of Blanchester; and his aunt Nora Coleman (Greg) of Greenfield.
