He was predeceased by: his father Ermel Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Betty Scarberry; and his stepchildren, Forest Henderson (Toni) of Chillicothe, Becky Henderson of Chillicothe and Anna Justice (Shawn) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the WARE FUNERAL HOME 121 W. 2nd St., Chillicothe, OH 45601 to assist with funeral expenses.
