He was predeceased by: his sibling Gail Rotolo. He is survived by: his spouse Merry Lee; his children, Leslie Lentsh (Dave), Amy Johnson (Darrell), Mike, Jenny Myerson (Terry), Doug and Bill (Lindsey); and his sibling Alan Phillips.
