He is survived by: his sisters, Cathy Bazell Martin (Larry) of Coal Grove and Tina Brammier of Miami; his nieces and nephews, Randy Bazell (Ashlee), Derek Bazell (Laura), Nick Bazell (Angie), Amber Higgins (John), Bryce Martin, Eli Bazell, Alexandra Parker and Anthony Bazell; his cousins, Brent Dillow and Dean Dillow (Heather); and his aunt Sue Dillow.
