Payne; his siblings, Terri Payne and Michael Payne; his grandchildren, Emily Payne, Steven L. Payne and Zoe Payne; and his nephews, Michael Lynn Payne and Michael Jeffery Payne.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Wallace Family Funeral Home (802 Solida Rd, South Point, OH 45680).
