He was predeceased by: his parents, George Baise and Billie Meadows Baise. He is survived by: his wife Sandi Crisp Baise; his daughters, Jessica Waddell (Randy "Toastie") and Sarah Damphouse (Brooks); and his grandchildren, Parker Waddell, Avery Waddell and Griffin Waddell.
