She is survived by: her children, John Robert Lewis (Angela), Shane Alan Lewis (Isamar) and Stacy Renee Mathes (Chris); her siblings, Linda Holschuh, Gerald Hunt and Kenny Hunt; and her grandchildren, Matthew Lewis, Courtney Huffman, Daniel Lewis, Marisa Lewis, Tanner Mathes and Tyler Mathes.
