She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Lee Miller, Sr. and Mayflower Kitts Miller. She is survived by: her husband Charles Edwin Carey; her sons, Ray Edwin Carey (Amy Otto), David Eugene Carey (Mary), Warren Lee Carey (Theresa) and Douglas Earl Carey (Julie); and her brothers, Everett Lee Miller, Jr. (Ramona) and Roy Donovan Miller (late Thelma). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
