He is survived by: his wife Norma Sue Balandra; his sons, Brandon Balandra of Durham, NC and Vincent Balandra (Danetta) of South Point, OH; his siblings, Fe Ortiz, Caridad Baudin, Esperanza Caimol, Cesar Balandra and Mario Balandra; his grandchildren, Braylon Ruben Balandra and Malia Balandra; and his daughter-in-law Sarah Meadows. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of friends and family.
