He is survived by: his wife Betty Belcher; and his children, Donald "Deke" France of South Carolina, Ronnie France of South Point, Paula France of Huntington, Heather Spradling (Howie) of South Point, Betty Ann and Rhonda. He is also survived by previous marriage; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
