He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Rowsey and Mary Ella Pack; and his son Robert Rowsey. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Rowsey (Cindy) and Christopher Rowsey; his grandchildren, Austin Rowsey, Andrew Rowsey and Aubrey Rowsey; and also Maeggan Quinn.
