Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Noreen leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her father Loren Wilson; her husband Brett A. Tawney; and her father-in-law Larry Tawney. She is survived by: her mother Mary Jo Wilson Winkler (Billy); her daughter Meagan Fry (Joshua) of South Point, OH; her grandson Oliver Fry; her siblings, Jo and Leslie Wilson (Laura) of Proctorville, OH; and her mother-in-law Linda Tawney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to OSU Cancer Center or to the family to help with medical expenses.
