She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Slack III; and her parents, Lowell Edward McComas and Maude Crockette McComas. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Nelson, Greg Meadows and Karen Collinsworth; and her sister Sheri Taliferro (Carl). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and many cousins, nephews, and special friends.
