She was predeceased by: her parents, Cliffton Duncan and Hazel Scarberry Duncan; her husband Jack Sparks; and her sister Opal Stephens. She is survived by: her brother Cliffton Duncan, Jr. (Cathy); her stepsister Evelyn Templeton; her children, Betty Gannon (Jack) of Coal Grove and Danny Sparks (Brenda); her grandchildren, Jason Gannon (Tanya), Daniel Sparks (Christie), Jamie O'Rilly, Jonathan and Austin Gannon; her great grandchildren, Ariel, Tiffany, Alex, Jordain and Faith; and her grandchildren, Landen and Ryder.
