We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Margaret Kelley of South Point, Ohio, born in Ironton, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Earl and Edna Leighton Pratt (Dean); and her brother Dean Pratt. She is survived by: her husband Ralph R. Kelley; her children, Kaye Payne (David) of Waterloo, Kara Birkel (Bryan) of Ironton, Laura Kelley of Ironton and Mark Kelley of Melbourne; her grandchildren, Rachael Fraley (Andrew), Kyle, Brady Birkel, Matthew Kelley, Justin Payne (Lynette), Logan and Alaina Gleichauf; and her great grandchildren, Brynleigh Birkel, Leighton, Clay Fraley, Adrianna and Malia Payne. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
