She was predeceased by: her parents, Vilas Rucker and Rhoda Rogers Rucker; her husband Tommy Jeffers; and her brothers, Billy Joe Rucker and Larry Rucker.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Jeffers (Barbara) of McCormick, SC and Carolyn Williamson (Paul) of South Point, OH. She is also survived by three granddaughters; three grandsons; twelve great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
