She is survived by: her children, Dr. Miriah Gillispie Taylor (Ryan) and Thomas "Rusty" Russell Gillispie; her siblings, Lona Fliehman, LizBeth Brammer and Perry Brock (Kelly); her grandson James "Jamie" Russell Gillispie; and her sister-in-law Sallie Gillispie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
