She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Blaine Martin Sr. and Dorothy Helen Nelson Martin; her children, Jennifer Bias, Jeffrey Ruggles and Roy Ruggles Jr. (RJ); her sister Mary Alice Ruggles; and her parents-in-law, Tom and Mary Kay.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy Kay; her children, Mary Kay and Rodney Lee Ruggles; and her siblings, Clifford "Skip" Martin Jr. (Jackie Schmidt), Carol Stapleton (Larry) and Paula Stapleton (Dave). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
