She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Cogan and Esther Cogan (Sparks); and her brother Keith Cogan. She is survived by: her husband John Spillman; her children, Sara Kerns (Scott) of Ironton, Johnda Roseberry (Eric) of Ironton, Jacob of South Point and Isiah Kelly of South Point; her brother Kenny Cogan (Dianna) of South Point; her grandchildren, Danielle Dalton (Dustin) of Ironton, Kara Lockwood (Josh) of Ironton, Ray Kerns (Angie) of Oak Hill, Scott, Nichole, Noah and William Roseberry; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Peyton, Lexi Lockwood, Scottlyn, Sara, Savannah Dalton, Zaileigh, Raylyn Kerns and Vivalyn Dunlap.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
