With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce W. Harvey of South Point, Ohio, born in Wayne, Ohio, who passed away on April 16, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bee Workman and Mellie Wellman; her husband William James Harvey; her sons, Terry Layne Harvey and Jimmie Lee Harvey; her siblings, Larry Workman, Jerry Workman and Betty Deloris Chapman; and her half-sister Judy Tetzlaff.
She is survived by: her sister Faith Pauline Stanton of Catlettsburg, Kentucky; her sons, Patrick Harvey (Rebecca) of Culloden and Timothy Harvey (Terra) of Hartsville; her niece Diana Sis Howard (John) of Hurricane; and her daughter-in-law LuAnn Hapney of Columbus, Ohio.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, 3100 Staunton Road, Huntington, W VA 25702 in memory of Joyce W. Harvey.
