He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Smallman of Deepwater, Donna Johnson of Glasgow and Brian McDonald of South Point, Ohio; and his brother Ray McDonald of Chesapeake, Ohio. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
