He was predeceased by: his father John Ciaccia; and his sister Rosemarie Accidentale. He is survived by: his children, John Ciaccia III (Christina), Michele Ciaccia (Travis Long) and Danette Ciaccia; and his siblings, Linda Leonard (Martin), Daniel Ciaccia (Linda), Antoinette Cunningham (Michael) and Michele Buscemi (Loreto). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
