She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Leffler and Clarice Ilene Whited Leffler; her husband Donald H. James, Sr.; and her sisters, Shelby Straight and Kay Robertson.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Lynn Neeley of Cincinnati, OH, Shirley Webb (Terry) of Portsmouth, OH and Donald H. James, Jr. (Michelle) of South Point; her grandchildren, Christina Phelps (Justin), Angela Schowengerdt (Eric), Aaron Kilgore (Julie), Brittaney James and Brandy Bruce (Harold); and her siblings, Nancy Lou Eaton of Fullton, MS and Larry Lee Leffler (Jane) of Louisville, KY.
