He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ellen Wolfenbarger Bailey. He is survived by: his father James Hampton Bailey Sr.; his wife Anna Maria Dingess Bailey; his children, James Scott Bailey, Shayna Conley and Derek Bailey; his grandchildren, Timothy Pullen-Conley, Troy Conley and Raven Bailey; and his brothers, Dennis Bailey (Andrea) and Scott Bailey (Linda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
