He is survived by: his wife Ellen "Libby" Chapman Patrick; his sons, Richard Patrick (Diane), Troy Patrick (Alys), Wade Patrick (Cassie) and Gavin Patrick (Jessica); his siblings, Audrey Mays, Linda Shute (Butch) and James Patrick (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Karissa Johnston (Evan), Konnor, Bracken, Kyla Perry (Dustin), Eryn, Rylie, Maddyx, Austin, Makenzie and Avery. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
