She is survived by: her parent Elsie McNeely Oliver; her children, Doran Elkins of South Point, OH and Patricia Wilson (Roger) of South Point, OH; and her grandchildren, Charles Elkins of South Point, OH, Becky Holland of Huntington, WV, Kristin Lindley (Cody) of Warsaw, IN and Carol Bowser (Kevin Johnson) of Church Hill, TN. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
