He is survived by: his children, Billow Salmons (Corey), Amanda (Chris Pethtel), Dennis Richards (Jennifer) and Linda Hostetler; his grandchildren, Kayla Smith, Hailee, Kiara, Olivia Salmons, Eric, Zach Mencke, Logan, Maraela, Elliott Pethtel, Tiffany Cummings, Austin, Eli Richards, Elias and Ava Hostetler; and his close friend Clifford McGlone.
