She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Browning and Mary Dalton Browning; her husband Millard McNeely; her brothers, Carlos, Willard, Edward, Dewey, Noah Brook, Frealin, Hillard, Willie and Arthur Browning; and her sister-in-law Mary Browning.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Taylor (Mark) of Chesapeake, OH, Mary Ooten (Brian) of Lenore, WV, Carnella Adkins (Grover) of South Point, OH, Randy Allen McNeely of South Point, OH and Gregory McNeely of South Point, OH. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home Chapel (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
