He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Chinn and Thelma Wolfe Chinn; his wife Gloria Frances Joni; and his brother Robert Chinn. He is survived by: his children, Perry Chinn (Leshia) of Huntington, WV, Larry Chinn of South Point, OH and Tammy Dejarnette (Mark) of Scioto County, OH; his sister Patty Thompson of Myrtle Beach, SC; his grandchildren, Josh Chinn (Brittany), Jeremy Chinn (Whitney), Eddie Chinn (Amanda), Erika Chinn and Jon-David Dejarnette; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Arabella, Easton, Parker, Clea and Maya.
