He is survived by: his mother Wilma Jean Neal Smith; his wife Kathy Kisor Smith; his children, Brittany Walters (John), Bethany Kisor and Timothy David Kisor; his brothers, Edward Smith (Kathy) and Mike Smith (Linda); and his grandchildren, Brady, Jacob, Jonathan, Ethan and Katrina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
