He is survived by: his wife Arlene Gabbard Marcum; his children, Earnest Lee Marcum (Amy) of South Point, OH, Crystal Gwilliams (Larry) of South Point, OH, Claude Marcum (Pamela Haney) of South Point, OH, Patricia Srofe (Nate) of South Point, OH, Carrie Duty (Ernie) of Greenup, KY, Amanda Musick (Cleve) and Emily Hicks of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Brianna Hughes (Ryan), Justin Marcum (Brandi), Savannah Stephens (Hunter), Kaesie Gwilliams, Lauren Gwilliams, Logan Marcum, Michael Sparks, Stephen Sparks, Austin Duty and Alex Duty; his great grandchildren, Ryan Hughes, Josiah Marcum and Thea Stephens; and his siblings, Laura Boney, Geraldine Mahone, Judy Kay Nelson, Colby Marcum, Timmy Marcum and Billy Marcum.
