He is survived by: his wife Sandra Steinbrecher Smoot; his children, Trent Smoot (Kimberly Brickles) and Stephanie Gudzenko (Vlad); and his grandchildren, Erika Duty, Jessica Smoot, Ryleigh Smoot, Katie Smoot, Kaden Babbitt, Carlee Lawson, McKenzie Thompson, Austin Smoot and Wyatt Smoot. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
