He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hankins and Ruby Hankins of South Point, OH.. He is survived by: his wife Rita Jenkins Hankins of South Point, OH; his sons, Christopher Hayes of South Point, OH, Anthony (Michelle Hayes) and Michael Hankins of South Point, OH; his sister Cathy Gillispie of Ashland, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Jenkins of Pedro, Ohio and Joyce Kellogg of Pedro, OH. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
