He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Smith and Garnet Conner Smith; and his brother Roger Smith. He is survived by: his son Shane Smith (Crystal) of South Point; his grandson Evan Smith; and his siblings, Sandy Gilkerson (Pat) of South Point, Karen Gue (Donald) of South Point, Linda Vargo of South Point and Robert Smith of South Point.
