He is survived by: his siblings, Chuck Wellman of Ona and Linda Smith (Gene) of Huntington; his daughter Kacey Johnson of Wayne; his grandsons, Lincoln and Maximus Johnson of Wayne; and his son-in-law Ben Johnson of Wayne.
