He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Crabtree Williams; his daughter Barbara "Sissy" Nichols (Danny); his stepchildren, Jimmy Crabtree, Anthony Crabtree (Marti), Amy Wagner and Isaac Crabtree; his adoptive daughter Carol Simpkins Ray; his grandchildren, Daryl Nichols and Jason Nichols; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett Rose Nichols and Harleigh Nichols.
Masks and social distancing will be required to attend.
