He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo "Jack" Butcher and Ruby Webb Butcher. He is survived by: his daughter Jaclyn Collins; his significant other Stefanie Petry; his brothers, Ricky Butcher (Lisa), Benjamin Butcher (Missy) and David Butcher (Lynn); his grandchildren, Andrea Anson, Mackenzie Beckett, Janelle Anson and Evan Butcher; his great grandchildren, Jaycee Webb, Everleigh Beckett, Sadie Koukos, Brinleigh Collins and Millie Beckett; and his close friend Denny Kiser. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
