She was predeceased by: her parents, Volley Church and Virgie Vanover Church. She is survived by: her husband Roger G. Mullins; her children, Stephen Mullins (Shannon Smith), Michelle Marlowe (Jamie Marlowe) of South Point and Elizabeth Mullins (Lee R. Mullins III) of Huntington, WV.; her sister Ina Jean Hill; and her close friends, Sue and Sara Martz. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews & cousins.
