He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Leffingwell of Proctorville, OH and Rebecca Bates; his stepfather Gerald Bates Sr. of South Point, OH; his brother Jeremy Leffingwell of South Point, OH; and his stepsiblings, Jimmie Bates of Senecaville, OH, Gerald Bates Jr. of Jersey Shore, PA, Thomas Bates of Caldwell, OH and Crystal Dudley of Byesville, OH. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
