Bryant Madacsi (Mike Rudd); his brother Trevin Fraizer; his children, Chester Fugate, III of Tulsa, OK, Dakota Fugate of South Point, OH, Brianna Fugate of South Point, OH and Kimberly Dawn of Ashland, KY; his siblings, Lakrishia Gilliam Huffman (Steven) of Horse Cave, KY, Kimberly Tibbs of South Point, OH, Kelly Madacsi of Portsmouth, OH and Greg Bryant; his grandchildren, Everly Keeney, Memphis Fugate, Emersynn Fugate and Emily Keeney; and his child Stacy Fugate. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
