He is survived by: his significant other Azalie Thompson (Potter); his children, Charles "Chuck" Edward Thompson (Sherrie) of Coal Grove and Rhonda Elswick (Steve) of Ironton; his grandchildren, Krystal Baker (Kevin) of Ironton, TJ Thompson, Amanda Elswick, Steven Elswick (Ashleigh), Nikki Elswick (Family), Brooke Blankenship (Joel) and Serenity Phillips; his great grandchildren, Brody Adams, Brayden Elswick, Titus Elswick, Bentleigh Elswick, Lilly Rudman and Madysyn Baker; his sister Janet Neal; and his brother-in-law Tim Pauley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at the Woodland Cemetery (824 Lorain St, Ironton, OH 45638).
