He is survived by: his wife Linda Cade Hale; his sister Mary Letsche of Chillicothe, Ohio; his daughters, Tammy Douglas (John) of Greenup, Kentucky and Tonya Petty (Brian) of Greenup, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Amber White, Taylor Petty, Austin Douglas, Brianna Petty and Kinlynn Petty; and his great grandchildren, Ciara McCoy and Kailee Richards.
