She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hurley and Betty Mckeehan Hurley; her husband John Adams; and her siblings, Paula Sue Mosley and Paul Hurley, Jr..

She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Adams of Ironton, OH and Christina Akers (Aaron) of Ashland, KY; her brothers, Gary David Hurley and Roger Hurley; and her granddaughters, Gwendolyn Akers and Amelia Akers.
