He is survived by: his children, Carla Shope (George) of Chesapeake, OH, Mike Patrick (Lisa) of South Point, OH, Greg Patrick (Sheila) of Grove City, OH and David Patrick; his siblings, Linda Shute (Butch), Audrey Mays, Doug Patrick (Libby) and James Patrick (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Ginger Sites (Larry), Cory Patrick (Brianna), Sara Beth Brown (Corey), Lacy Patrick, Gregory Patrick, CJ Patrick and Cody Patrick. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
