He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Pemberton and Frances Gilbert Pemberton; and his wife Jean Pemberton. He is survived by: his children, Carl E. Pemberton (Sandra) of Barboursville, WV, Jim Pemberton (Sue) of South Point, Terry A. Pemberton (Becky) of Proctorville, Larry R. Pemberton of Williamstown, WV, Daryl L. Pemberton (Mindy) of Proctorville, Ohio and Sharon Fetty (Ronnie) of Huntington, WV. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
