He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Walters and Julia Breedlove Walters; his foster mother Sybil Bias; his son Tyler Walters; his grandson Dakota Bocook; and his siblings, Edward Breedlove, Barbara Hayden, Mae Jessup and Rosemary Pugsley.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Gail Walters; his children, Tienna Runyon, Sonja Bocook and Chad Booth; his siblings, Buster Walters, Betty Egnor, Ellen McAllister, Connie McDaniels, Kerry Walters and Carol Walters; and his grandchildren, Kaleb Krantz, Kameron Krantz and Zachary Bocook. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
